On your 30 min consultation call (or, if youāre local, we can meet over coffee!) weāll go deep into your travel likes and dislikes. We will talk about past trips that have inspired you or left you disappointed, and go over important considerations like your budget, timing, and who youāll be traveling with.
Youāll get an opportunity to get any of your questions answered on this call as well. If you feel like weād be a good fit, Iāll share my planning fee with youāwhich is based on your tripās length and complexityābefore moving forward.
Step 2: Research and Refine Irresistible Travel itinerary
Based on what is learned during our consultation, Iāll begin researching your optionsāthis includes reaching out to my exclusive travel partners about dates and availability.
Youāll receive at least two custom itinerary options that fit within your budget. Then, weāll work together to tweak your itinerary until youāre simply itching to escape.
Step 3: Book & Manage your trip
Leave all the details to meāonce you sign off on your itinerary, Iāll book every last travel component for you.

I will also keep track of all the moving parts of your reservations, like when your deposits are due and important travel documents you must complete. I will present your full itinerary and all of the necessary travel documents in both digital and hard copy formats, so youāre ready for your trip. I sweat the small stuff, so you donāt have to!
Step 4: Experience and Create Wonderful Memories onĀ Your Trip
